Our design processes involve a host of tasks that ensures the quality of the users' experience

These focus on understanding our audience, accessibility, simplicity, learnability, memorability, utilising common and intuitive patterns, complying with prevailing best practices, messaging, progress indication, consistency and majorly ensuring a clear understaing of the users' goals

Elements that accord with the brand such as typography, imagery, colourways are seperately dealt with in the visual design stage but they need to accord with our UI and UX treatment to ensure the quality of the overall customer experience (CX)

We normally undertake wireframing and prototyping to review work in progress with our customers and evolve the final deliverables
