Background

Introducing the new AbsolutelyInteractive (AI) Builder Email, powered by TOPOL's best-in-class embeddable drag-and-drop editor. We’ve seamlessly integrated the TOPOL Plugin into this release’s workflow to streamline your email creation. You can still use the existing AI Newsletter features for new campaigns, and you retain full access to all your previous AI Newsletters and templates.

Fees

The TOPOL Plugin is a leading email editor at £52 per month (approx. $70). This licence includes unlimited email creation and asset uploads. Please see the Plugin Pricing tab on TOPOL’s website. You pay this fee directly to TOPOL. S-Digital charges a one-off setup fee of £220 to deploy and configure your TOPOL account, plus a £20 monthly maintenance fee for unlimited support and updates, as TOPOL releases them.

Bandwidth usage

TOPOL accounts include 50 GB of monthly bandwidth, covering every asset request (e.g. an image download). Exceeding this limit incurs additional charges, so it’s best to upload optimised images - tools like tinypng.com can help compress files before you upload them.

Builder Email Editor

The use of the Editor is powerful and very intuitive and you will be rewarded for exploring its features. If you have any experience of content managing web or emails then you will find many of the features and interfaces familiar. if you have any questions then please email or call us anytime.

When you add a new section, you’ll see a little popup menu to choose your new section type. It’s like our AI Containers but for emails. plus it's more configurable and easier to use with scaling and drag and drop.

The Settings tab allows you to access some global elements too, like the Email’s Preview text, Email width, line heights, bullets and colour palettes, etc.
